Weighed this am... 163#.
1/16/08 - it wasn't necessarily pretty but i entered in everything i ate today in my fit-day. good for me! did three meals with one snack, also. kudos!
1/17 - Did ab exercises & rode bike. :) entered everything into fit-day...3 meals and 1 snack. Even kept my calories at the correct level. I did it! Yipee! Thanks for the encouragement!
1/18 - Ab exercises & bike...my right foot is falling asleep when i bike. PLEASE don't let this way of exercising get yanked out from under me also!
