It's the end of the school year here, so everything is going at full tilt. not much computer time and even less blog time. i am at 158#, but feeling pretty good about it as my hormones are dancing and i've been biking and walking/jogging on the treadmill on a routine basis.... muscle weighs more than fat! :) Went on a 20 mile bike ride with hubby tonite and a 6 or 7 mile ride with my daughter earlier in the day. Am going try to add an calendar to record the days i exercise to my blog. i'm hoping i will be able to show which i did... bike or use the treadmill. i will probably be doing mostly biking as in less than a month i'm down to ride for two days with hubby in a week long biking event in our state.
OH! i just realized... only 4 more days to go and i qualify for a mystery date with hubby... at 160 or less for a month. Oh yeah!!!

am about to go to bed and thought i'd check things out. when you're on the calendar, click on options which is where you get your colour codes.
then, click on days with events and you'll get the colour palette to design the way you want things to look.
i played with it FOREVER 'til i got it looking the way i liked. hope this helps a bit.
i'll come back when i'm more awake!
oh, meant to ask what part of the states your in. the wisteria is insane and the bees are loving it! pretty soon the peonies will open and my roses are all budding.
i'll post more pictures throughout the season (went to a few garden centres to pick out my annuals--yippee) all i need is for my leg to feel better :(
Wow, a 20-mile ride! I haven't worked up that far yet. You have definitely inspired me, though!
have a great weekend!
lovin' the yellow squares!
20 miles on your bike is awesome. i managed 3 yesterday before the leg started cramping up.
s. dakota--mt. rushmore, right? i'd love to see it (one of my favourite movies is "north by northwest" with cary grant)
enjoy the rest of the weekend. i'll be checking on you ;)
