it's been a long time. so much has happened since i last updated. i have gained back a few pounds. nothing that can't be undone. my health has stabilized a bit, so now would be a good time to get after it again. i'm continuing to try to sort out the right hip/back/stomach pain issue. feel like i've recently been given some health professionals in my life that are taking it seriously and looking for answers with me. THAT is a real blessing! i have more tests toward the end of the month, so will know more after that. in the mean time, i keep on keeping on... :)
Had hoped to stop by and visit you all yet tonight, but i think i would be wiser to get some sleep. it will have to wait for another day. thanks for understanding.
