i need to get all of me pointed in the same direction. i've been doing well with the core exercises. doing well with the once a week weigh in. not so well with the walking. not so well with the eating. so... if i want this to work, then it all has to work together. why would i be faithful about the core exercises and then not follow thru with the rest? there's the question of the day! it's like sitting on a stool with only one leg instead of four. Not gonna' make a lot of progress quickly. So.... back to the basics.
1. Keep doing the core exercises!
2. Keep doing the once a week weigh ins
3. Ask hubby to set up my bike indoors... my back seems to bother more when i walk
4. Start NOW with recording my food intake on FitDay
